Meet the management team

Shelley - Manager/Designated
Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

Shelley started at Mansbridge Pre-School in 2010, starting s a parent helper while studying for a level 2 qualification in childcare. A few years later she became a deputy after completing a level 3 qualification in childcare. During this role she undertook a foundation degree in Early childhood studies. In 2016 she became manager while completing a level 6 BA honours degree in education studies. Shelley has since completed a PGCE.

Jennifer - Lead Practitioner Manager and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo)

Jennifer came to us to complete her year 10 work experience while at school. After leaving college in 2020 Jennifer joined us as a level 3 apprentice. After completing the level 3 Early years educator qualification, Jennifer took on the role of Deputy and Special educational neds and disabilities coordinator (SENDCo) in 2022. Jennifer is qualified SENDCo after completing a level 3 SENDCo qualification and is now completing a Level 5 qualification. Jennifer became Lead Practitioner Manager in September 2025.

Becky - Deputy/Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

Becky came to us to complete her year 10 work experience while at school. She enjoyed it so much she became a level 2 apprentice in 2018 straight out of school. She quickly progressed to completing a level 3 qualification in early years education.
Becky became a Deputy and Designated safeguarding lead (DSL) in 2022 after a successful role as a room leader.

Meet the rest of the team

Leah - Early Years Practitioner and Room Leader

Leah came to us to complete her year 10 work experience while at school. She enjoyed it so much she started at Mansbridge Pre-School as an apprentice in 2021. Leah is now a level 3 qualified Early years educator.

Vicky - Early Years Practitioner

Vicky started at Mansbridge Pre-School as level 2 practitioner in 2014. Vicky subsequently completed a Level 3 Early years educator qualification in 2016. Vicky took a break to have a family in 2018 and returned back to us in 2022 as a level 3 Early years educator.

Eliza-Jane - Lunch Assistant / Early Years Practitioner

Eliza-Jane started at Mansbridge Pre-School in 2023. Eliza-Jane is an Early years practitioner with many years experience working in childcare. Eliza has a Level 8 Montessori qualification.

Natalie - Early Years Apprentice

Natalie started at Mansbridge Pre-School in 2025 as a Level 3 Apprentice.

Kaitlyn - Early Years Apprentice

Kaitlyn started at Mansbridge Pre-School in 2026 as a Level 3 Apprentice. Kaitlyn previously completed work experience withus at Mansbridge Preschool.

Grace - Early Years Practitioner

Grace started at Mansbridge Pre-School in 2026 as a Level 3 Practitioner.
